Project #4: Public Space Frame

Public Space Frame is an architectural strategy for activating a stopped construction site at 23 Caton Place in Brooklyn. This specific proposal is rooted in local history and context, and is directed towards the local community and the City. However, many of the design strategies employed for this project can easily be translated to activate other stopped construction sites throughout the entire city.
